Caviar Woven Through the Menu
Sturgeon Valley and Embra present Caviar Showcase Dinner II, a one-night dinner in Taupō led by Chef Phill Blackburne.
This menu is shaped by the kitchens, travels and people that have influenced Phill and Nora’s world of hospitality. Across the evening, each course brings together New Zealand ingredients, personal technique and Sturgeon Valley caviar, used with purpose rather than excess.
Guests can expect a considered flight of dishes that lets the caviar play different roles throughout the menu, while still feeling unmistakably Embra. The result is not simply a caviar dinner, but a menu that reflects Phill’s cooking journey and the way he chooses to express it on the plate.
Sturgeon Valley founders Nicholas and Wanda will be in the room throughout the evening, supporting service, sharing a little about the caviar, and answering questions along the way.
This is a limited-seat event, created for an intimate room and a focused dining experience.
