Pairing premium rum with caviar
In collaboration with Eight PM, we present our Rum & Caviar Tasting, an intimate evening exploring the depth and character of premium Jamaican rum, complemented by our in-house matured caviar.
Ash Parmar of Eight PM will lead the guided rum tasting featuring Hampden Estate rum, crafted in Jamaica since 1753. Each pour is curated for flavour, texture and balance, with sommelier Drew Cohen presenting a signature cocktail to show rum in a new light. Sturgeon Valley founders Nicholas Long and Xinyue Wan will serve five caviar snacks designed to elevate and contrast each rum.
Community support: Sturgeon Valley and Eight PM will donate all proceeds from this event to relief efforts in Jamaica following the recent hurricane.
